What we have on offer for you
We are currently recruiting Membership Services Consultants to join our Ambulance Victoria Team.

As a Membership Services Consultant you will be assisting Ambulance customers across Victoria with new memberships and general enquiries. Customer contact will be inbound and outbound calls, email and written correspondence and live chat.  Typical enquiries received relate to scheme business rules, membership fees, overdue memberships, taking payments for memberships, retention calls for customers that have forgotten to pay their membership and updating of customer details.

• Start Date: Monday, 19th of April 2021
• Melbourne CBD Location, close to public transport
• Rotating Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
• 4 month Fixed Term Contracts or Casual Contracts 
• Approximately 35 paid hours per week
• Fixed Term Pay Rate: $23.09 per hour + super + leave entitlements (pro rata) + penalty rates
• Casual Pay Rate: $28.86 p/hr + super
• 5 days paid classroom training and 10 days 'on the job' training

What we are looking for:
• Previous customer service and sales experience in call centre, hospitality or retail will be highly regarded
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Strong ability to resolve customer issues
• Robust verbal & written communication skills
• High attention to detail
