About the role and responsibilities
Reporting to our Global Senior Manager, you will closely with both internal and external stakeholders in regards to our Systems Infrastructure and Server Hardware management.

You will be predominately based at our Melbourne CBD office and may be required to provide on-call and afterhours support.

In this role you will be required to, but not limited to:
• Implement and administer related activities on the Dell, HP Rack Servers and Blade Servers
• Maintain technical documentation, reports and records regarding systems infrastructure solutions
• Provide escalated technical support, troubleshooting and fault rectification of high level technical issues related to Server OS like Windows and Linux
• Managing the Active Directory Level-2, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and WDS Services
• Working on VMWare and Email POP3/SMTP Server and FTP Servers
• Act as an interface between the organisation and suppliers/carriers/vendors regarding high level technical issues

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally possess:
• A proven and effective track record in Server Administration and in monitoring Application and System performance
• Monitoring and ensuring system availability and reliability as per SLA, ideally working within a medium to large organization
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience and strong knowledge on Windows Server OS
• Experience in configuring, installing & troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Active directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS and WDS Services
• Experience working on VMWare and Email POP3/SMTP Server and FTP Servers
• Knowledge on Office365 / Storage Area Network  will be added advantage
• A MSCA / MSCE Certification
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Time management skills with an ability to prioritise work load
• An ability to work in and collaborate with cross functional teams
• Customer focus with a true passion to drive for success.
