About the role
Reporting to our Team Leader, you will be responsible for speaking to Holden's customers across Australia and New Zealand about any issues that they may have with their vehicles. You will be responsible for providing first-contact resolution where possible on a variety of topics. You will have a strong ability to build rapport and proactively resolve enquiries whilst providing a high level of customer service. You will accurately capture and input customer details and relevant information into the CRM. 
 
At Holden, we believe that customers are at the centre of everything we do and it will be your job as a Customer Service Advisor to provide world class service and create 'Brand Ambassadors' for Holden.
 
Customer contact will be inbound and outbound calls, email and written correspondence.
 
What we are looking for:
•Previous Customer Service experience from within hospitality, retail or call centre
•Excellent communication skills including active listening and ability to display empathy with the customer
•Ability to problem solve
•Excellent time management skills and cool under pressure
•Ability to work well within a team environment
•High level of attention to detail, accuracy and strong data entry skills
•Computer literacy and confidence in using systems
 
In return, we will offer the successful candidate:
•Start date: Monday, 6th May 2019
•Rotating Roster: 8:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
Port Melbourne location, free onsite parking and close to public transport
Fixed Term Contracts until the 30th September 2019, with possible extension. Pay Rate - $22.04 per hour + super + leave entitlements (pro rata)
35 paid hours per week
12 days paid classroom plus two weeks 'on the job' style training
