What we have on offer for you:

We are currently recruiting Membership Services Consultants to join our Ambulance Victoria Team.

As  a Membership Services Consultant you will be speaking to Ambulance customers across Victoria about new memberships and also general enquiries. Customer contact will be inbound and outbound calls, email and written correspondence and live chat.  Typical enquiries received relate to overdue memberships, taking payments for memberships, retention calls for customers that have forgotten to pay their membership and updating of customer details.

  • Start Date: Friday, 22nd of March 2019
  • Melbourne CBD location, close to public transport
  • Rotating Roster: 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday
  • Fixed Term Contract until the 21st of March 2020 with a view to extension or Casual Contract
  • 35 paid hours per week
  • Fixed Term: $20.91 per hour + super + leave entitlements (pro rata) + penalty rates
  • Casual: $26.14 per hour + super
  • 6 days paid classroom training and 10 days 'on the job' training

What we are looking for:

  • Previous customer service and sales experience in call centre, hospitality or retail will be highly regarded
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong ability to resolve customer issues
  • Robust verbal & written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
